Project: Indigo 19 Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA

Construction began in March 2012 for this 196 unit apartment complex. Four stories of wood-framed apartments will be built above a custom concrete garage, which will include 3,000 square feet of retail space. The first phase will begin leasing in the summer of 2013 with total completion in 2014.
