 Project: Bryant & Stratton, Virginia Beach

Architect: Tymoff-Moss

Square Footage: 15,000

Construction of a two-story office and classroom addition with atrium entrance. Renovation of 4,000 square feet of exisiting offices, classrooms, and rest rooms. To include a membrane roof, 8 HVAC units, sprinklers, and change all existing lighting.



 Project: Thomas Nelson Community College, Hampton, Virginia

Architect: RRMM

Complete demolition of the existing office building interior and build-out of new classrooms, offices, nursing labs, etc. LEED Silver, new electric, HVAC, plumbing system, terrazzo hallways, VCT Floors, and carpet. Accoustical tile, ceramic tile in restrooms. New Glass storefronts, entrances, new roof adding 6" of insulation.



 Project: Old Dominion University Library, Norfolk, VA

Architect: Perry Dean Rodgers & Partners Architects, Inc.

Total Square Footage: 210,000 sf

 Project: Rosemont Youth Library, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Architect: Lyall Design Group

Total Square Footage: 5,390 on 4.4 Acres

This is a structral steel framed building with a split face block veneer with aluminum storefront, Cal-wall and Apolic panel accents.



 Project: Cape Henry Collegiate, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Architect: Williams, Tazewell & Associates

Total Square Footage: 28,000

Hoy Construction has been the contractor for several classroom, cafeteria and gymnasium additions at Cape Henry Collegiate as well as their 28,000 square foot library.



 Project: Virginia Beach 2nd Precinct Fire & Police Complex, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Architect: Waller Todd & Sadler Architects

Total Square Footage 55,000

This structure is a combination of structural steel and load bearing masonry, exterior storefront and a large standing seam mansard.



 Project: Catholic High School, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Architect: Williams, Tazewell & Associates

Total Square Footage: 50,710

After constructing numerous church facilities in Hampton Roads for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond including Marian Manor and Our Lady of Perpetual Help, our company was proud to be chosen to negotiate construction of the new Catholic High School in Kempsville.



 Project: Chrysler Museum Classics Gallery, Norfolk, Virginia

Architect: Pentecost, Deal & Associates, Inc.

Total Square Footage: 7,000

Our company was the low bidder out of 3 selected contractors to bid on this project. The construction consisted of a 2 story building with a work room on the first floor and a spiral staircase leading to the art gallery with wood flooring and a huge skylight on the second floor.



 Project: Gallery at ODU Village, Norfolk, Virginia

Architect: Tymoff+Moss Architects

Total Square Footage: 15,168

Our company was the low bidder out of 3 prequalified general contractors for this project. It consisted of a complete build-out for an art gallery in an existing parking garage.
